On youth day, I spent the day with sayang. Catched the movie 'get smart'. It was a thrilling plus hilarious kind of movie. So people, if y'guys have not watched the movie, I suggest you guys watching it.
That was the scoreline for the match against northlight on Tuesday. Last week's scoreline was only 1-1. It's kind of weird to see that great jump in scoreline. Well done, guys!
I got about 7 free tickets for the anugerah band grand-finals on wednesday from my uncle. I invited quite a few but only a minority turned up. Dinie and Uzair and his cousin were there to use my free tickets. I swear I didn't look forward to it because I've never really watched anugerah band and I thought it was going to be boring. I was wrong, though. The performance by the 4 bands were quite okay. I wanted 'fatskunks' or 'rancour' to win because to me, they were different from the other 2 groups. The other 2 groups were rather playing some noisy songs. When the last 2 bands who were remaining were 'fatskunks' and 'rancour', I was quite contented. So yaa, it didn't really matter to me who won. Congrats 'rancour'!
The memorable part was actually after the anugerah band itself. Honestly, I didn't expect it at all. My uncle promised to send me, Uzair and Dinie home after the performance. I didn't know that before going home, he would bring us along and eat with the rest of the people who are related to mediacorp. We were all quite stunned to see actors/actresses almost everywhere. Only those who are working with mediacorp could enter that hall. I'm glad that my uncle was one of them. We decided to grab this rare opportunity and have our photos taken with them. The food served were quite average, though. Reached home around 11.45.
