I was walking home from Whitesands when I saw this. The fire was quite huge that it actually burnt down the whole window (should be including its grill). I pity the neighbours above because thick black smoke were polluting that area. For once, I saw Pasir Ris being flooded by so many people. K-po people to be precise.
